Harsh completed the London 10K run last Sunday in a very good time ,he did it in 53.51m. A fantastic acheivement despite some rain and some sun , the huge crowd were there to cheer everyone on.Well done Harsh.
Despite the awful weather us Brits are just getting on with life as usual and are now on the countdown down to the Olympics.Lets hope that Team GB do well and the sun at least may make an appearance.
