1. Always ensure that the prescription in your glasses is up todate over a third of people aged 75 and over are wearing the wrong glasses.
2. If you notice any little black dots or shapes like a spiders web you could have what are called floaters and this could be an early sign of something more serious so always get them checked out.
3. If using a VDU for long periods at a time then don’t forget the 20-20-20 rule :- look away every 20 minutes for 20 seconds at something that is 20 metres away and this will help relax your eyes.
