17 Jan Guide Dogs for the Blind
In the Practice for the past eighteen months we have had a life size Guide Dog with two puppies as a very large collecting box for Guide Dogs for the Blind.. All the children loved to come and see it and enjoyed filling up the slots with money that they persuaded their parents to give them.
Well the dogs were collected last week and we are very pleased to announce that a grand total of £256 had been raised. That is a great achievement but goes to show how important every donation is and how every little penny counts. I must say I’m very glad that I didn’t have the task of counting it all
We would just like to thank all of you who made a donation to this very worthy cause and helped us to raise such a good sum.
We now have the collecting boxes in the Practice for Michael Sobell House our chosen charity for the year so there is still plenty of opportunity to come and donate any spare pennies.
