Many of you know we support a wonderful charity called Vision Aid Overseas, which helps provide basic eye care in the developing world. Vison Aid Overseas uses unwanted glasses to recycle the parts, to fund various projects, primarily in Africa.
Up to 12M children in the world struggle to learn simply because they need glasses. This is where Vision Aid Overseas provides resources to create sustainable eye care provision services.
How you can help is bring in your unwanted specs through December and January – and for your efforts, earn a £50 voucher towards a new pair of glasses (frame & Lenses).
We really appreciate all donations for unwanted glasses; every month we pack a box off to Vison Aid Overseas – let’s hope this box can get bigger over the next few weeks!
